Sanji’s The Seaside Cabanas is located directly on kilometer-long sandy beach of Rekawa. The hotel consists of four, modern bungalows with a total of eight rooms and a restaurant. In front of the beach there is a 12 meter long pool with a view of the sea. From the terrace of the restaurant you have a clear view of the fine sandy beach surrounded by mangroves. A beautiful, natural lagoon is in the immediate vicinity of our hotel. A few years ago, a protective program for marine turtles supported by the United Nations was launched in Rekawa, just a few minutes drive away.

Our eight bungalows, each with 50 m² living space, are equipped with a large four-poster bed with mosquito net and a ceiling fan. Due to the open construction, heat can escape well, so that you can sleep well even without dry air conditioning air. A special highlight are the open baths that enable you to have a shower experience in the open air. The toilets are separated inside the room.
We offer meals in our small restaurant or directly on the beach under the starry sky. Srilankan breakfast, snacks for lunch and a warm dinner. By the way: We buy all food fresh from trustworthy dealers and fishermen from the region. In our lounge you can enjoy a drink, read, use free WiFi – or simply listen to the sound of the sea.
Sanjis The Seaside Cabanas is located in the middle of one of the last untouched beaches natural paradises of Sri Lanka. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach invites you to extensive walks, on which you will certainly be enthusiastic about the fascinating animal world. The Rekawa beach is the home beach of sea turtles under international protection. With a bit of luck, you can experience the very rare natural spectacle of egg laying up close or watch how little turtle babies slip out of the eggs. You can of course get information about numerous other, worth seeing goals in the surrounding area. Trips to Uda Walawe, Galle and Yala can be organized by our team. If you need help to organize a transfer to Ella, Kandy, Colombo or the airport please just inform us in time.
